Synesthesia
By: Sammy L.
One day, my mom and dad started laughing and called me over. “What?” I asked. They showed me one post on Facebook that looked something like this: “7H15 M3554G3 53RV35 7O PR0V3 H0W 0UR M1ND5 C4N D0 4M4Z1NG 7H1NG5! 1MPR3551V3 7H1NG5! 1N 7H3 B3G1NN1NG 17 WA5 H4RD BU7 N0W, 0N 7H15 LIN3 Y0UR M1ND 1S R34D1NG 17 4U70M471C4LLY W17H 0U7 3V3N 7H1NK1NG 4B0U7 17,B3 PROUD! 0NLY C3R741N P30PL3 C4N R3AD 7H15.” I read it and my dad and mom clapped. “We couldn’t do it!” my mom said. I was intrigued and did some reasearch. I found out it is called Synesthesia, and that how it works is that one person might have a sensory muscle which is activated, and leads to automatic motion or abilities. They said that if you can read this, you have a strong mind.
Have you ever experienced this sensation? What was it like, and what did it make you do? By the way, if you can read this, type it with your comment. No cheating!:)

I thought it was really easy i had a glance and figured it out in a pinch
At first, I did not realize that the sentence was a sentence. I thought it was some kind of code, but a millisecond later, it hit me. The code is This message serves to prove how our mind can do amazing things! Impressive things! In the beginning, it was hard but now, on this line your mind is reading it automatically
without even thinking about it, Be proud! Only certain people can do this.
Great post!
Wow! Amazing post! And trust me, I don't believe I can actually make that message out! It says "THIS MESSAGE THRIVES TO PROVE HOW OUR MINDS CAN DO AMAZING THINGS! IMPRESSIVE THINGS! IN THE BEGINNING, IT WAS HARD BUT NOW, ONLY CERTAIN PEOPLE CAN READ THIS." It was a amazing experience. The numbers just seem so like letters. 7 actually looked like T! Some of the words just came onto my mind. Thanks for letting me know about this!
I have experienced lots of things like these many times...

By the way, you need a space between the comma and the be(B3).
And no, I wasn't cheating. I've read a million decoding books, so I decode pretty quick.

Did I get it? Once again, great post Sammy!
This message serves to prove how our minds can do amazing things! Impressive things! In the beginning it was hard but now on this line your mind is reading it without even thinking about it, be PROUD! Only certain people can read this. Yay, I'm one of those certain people! At first I didn't get it but I caught on and soon I was reading it like English. I like brain teasers like this because they are challenging.
It was really fun to decode. Great post, Sammy! The message is: this message serves to prove how our minds can do amazing things! Impressive things! In the beginning it was hard but now on this line your mind is reading it automatically without even thinking about it. Be proud! Only certain people can read this. Once again, fantastic post.
Great post, Sammy and I didn't cheat.
I've seen this type of thing before. I thought that it would be harder but it wasn't. By focusing on one word at a time, it's harder. If you just read it like you would read anything else, it's easier.
