Here is the shooting star song so you may practice before the ceremony next Thursday. The tune may be just a little different than what you are used to, but it will still help you learn the beat of the song. Happy singing!

I feel so sad when I think about this song because it reminds of when the old 5th graders (who are now 6th graders) had to leave us new 5th graders to go to their summer break and then after that go to Middle School and some of us will never see them again. Luckily I will get to see some of the our old 5th graders when I get to go to Miller Middle School after the summer break, but if I go to Miller I will have to leave my 5th grade friends and my new fourth grade friends. It's like I have to choose who I want to go to, but I have no choice but to go to Miller unless I flunk 5th grade which is highy unlikely. The happy part about that is that I will get to see some of my fourth grade friends when they go to Miller (IF they go to Miller) Some of my fourth grade friends, like Kimberly, I will get to see when they go to Miller. Some of my 5th grade friends when they come with me to Miller. And some of my 6th grade friends, like Lucas, I will get to see when this year is over. Hopefully...
I just can't stop crying because all my fifth grade friends are leaving especially Kedar. Iam crying even more because one of my best friends Akshara Is going to move to India until high school or collage.
