My Belt Test and My Tournament

Hello fellow students of Room 19. In this presentation you will watch a video of me testing for my green stripe and me participating in a breaking tournament. In the very beginning you will see me testing. The first thing we did was our patterns. The patterns we needed to know were Dan-Gun and Chon-Ji. Each pattern name means something or is named after someone. We need to know that as part of our theory. The next thing we did was our kicks. We were doing our side turning kicks and our back kicks. The next thing was our Ho-Sin-Sul A.K.A. (self defense). The next thing we did was three step sparring. The best thing we did was our free sparring. Here we do a variety of moves against our opponents. Then we move on to our tournament. You can see me breaking a green board. I hope you enjoyed watching me. See ya! This is an experience I will never forget. Is there any experience you will never forget? If so explain why.

That is really cool. My friend goes to kung fu but she's only on the yellow belt. I've seen her in class before and there were some other people with green stripes on a blue belt.
My chinese school teaches kung fu in the summer and it is REALLY hard so it must've been a very good accomplishment.
An experience that I will never forget is when I said a speech in front of the whole school when I was in 3rd grade. I remember that it was a farewell speech for Mrs. Mains. Each village had 1 person that got to do it. I was the person chosen from the Macaroni village. The person that came from the Adelie village was Rupa. I don't quite remember who came from the Humbolt village. But I remember that he was a 2nd grader.
As you can see, this was a special event for me.(Hey, that rymes!)
Thanks Jamie. I take getting my green stripe a good accomplishment but the higher ranks may not think so.
Wow! You must be really good! The most memorable experience I will never forget is when I won surf cup 2007 with my soccer team at my field and we beat the Hawaii team. They were the second best team in the world. That was probably the most funnest day of my life. We won in Penalty Kicks!!
I never forgot the experience I made when I got a 1st prize trophy! It was a great feeling! Whenever I look at the trophy I always feel very happy. I sang a song in that contest.
One of my experiences I would never forget is my trip to Yellowstone. It took about a day and a half. We saw many sceneries and animals.I have a question. What is after green strip?
I'll never forget the experience I drew my first picture that I liked. I wouldn't forget about it because it was my first I finally liked.
One experience I will never forget is when I went to Hawaii. I will never forget it because I enjoyed it so much with my family. The part where I enjoyed the most is when we went snorkling. It felt awesome. We stayed on the airplane for 5 whole hours. We also went to the beach to play in the water. My sister and I jumped the waves. Although I* swallowed some water,it was still really fun.
That was awesome. One thing that I will never forget is the experience when my basketball team went to the quarterfinals. We lost that game though, but the game before was the best game of the year. The game went into overtime.I scored the last 6 points to win the game for my team.
An experience I would never forget is when I won the top award in my Tamil (an Indian language) drama class, performing in front of many people as the main girl character, Sita, in the Indian story Ramayana. When they announced my name I felt so proud, as proud as Vibhu must have felt when he got second place!
I really liked your video Vibhu. Congratulations on getting 2nd place! An event I will never forget was when I swished my first three pointer. After I swished that three pointer I swished another one right after it! That was an achievement because I used to air ball from three.
Congratulations Vibhu,Great Job! An experience I will never forget is when I won a second place trophy for a dance competition. It was a group dance competition and our dance group had been practicing a lot.It was also our first trophy as a dance group. All of us were excited and a little nervous. It was really fun dancing on stage.
Congragulations! You sure do have alot of neat tricks! An experience I will never forget is when I went to the Grand Canyon with my family. I will never foget this experience because the Grand Canyon was a very cool sight, but it was very cold out there. My sister even said "It looks fake!" We also went to the shop next to the Grand Canyon and looked at the things that the shop had. This is an experience I will never forget.
Thanks everyone but you have also done many great acheivements from all the stuff you are telling me so I must say congratulations to all of you too.
Hey Vibhu that was really cool!!! One experience I'll never forget is my trip to Baja Mexico on a cruise. It was really fun because we had two other close families go with us.
That must have been a really memorable experience!! One of my memorable experiences was when my grandfather came. We went to Universal Studios and Disney Land in L.A. Disneyland was not all that fun,but Universal Studios was the best! I went on almost ALL the rides!!!! I'm glad you got your green belt!!
You must have put alot of effort into getting that belt! I hope you can get more belts and continue to earn more adwards. An experiance I will never forget is that when I had to go to precomp lessons.(swimming lessons to go outdoor swimming) You might be nervous because I was nervous when I had to go to my first lesson.
I know I already posted but another experience I will never forget is when I went to go visited my cousins. We did a lot of fun things together such as going to the park and playing volleyball at the beach. Also, when they came to our house, we went to the Murdock Park to play tennis. We spent about 1 hoour playing there. Then we went ourt to a yummy restaurant to eat for dinner. This experience is one that I will never forgeeet.
that's cool! I'm a purple belt and almost a blue belt .I think the belt test is a big acompleshment. I enjoy it since i go with my friend.
Nice Job on your belt test. I don't really understand why you have to break a board. I thought they judged you on what you learned and how well you did it. I liked your three consecutive kicks when you were sparring with that other girl. Do you use any weapons ( sticks, nunchuks, etc.) in Tai-Kwan-Do? Anyways, one moment I would never forget was my annual violin recital. My legs were jiggling and I just looked at the corner where almost nobody sits at. It turned out that I did better than I thought. I felt good when all my friends and my parents rooted for me and said that I did a terrific job. What's your goal for Tai-Kwon-Do? Maybe in the future you can be just like Bruce Lee. Again, TERRIFIC job.
One expierience I would nver forget is when I went to India. It was so long! Do you know how many planes I took? I took about 12 in the whole trip!!! I also took about 5 train rides in India! If you think that's bad read this. 2 of the planes took 3 days to reach the destination! Imagine being in a plane 3 days non stop! This is one expierience I would never forget.
