Today (3/26/08) was my birthday, I turned ten. That is out of the single digits and on to the double digits! Even if it was a weekday it was the best birthday I’ve ever had. So many people were nice to me. Some even gave presents and cards. When we went to the pioneer living assembly I got a big piece of Fool’s Gold (pyrite) and the guy who was leading the assembly gave me an arrow head since it was my birthday! How much better can this day get? Well a lot more. We played a really fun game in P.E., called “Conquest “. At CDC I had fun, because I brought chocolate chip cookies for everyone. Finally, me and my family went out for dinner at a restaurant called “Harvest”. That was a wonderful tenth birthday.

That must have been a really fun tenth birthday. Since my tenth birthday was already past, I will tell you how I want my eleventh birthday to be. I would love my eleventh birthday to be in an ice skating rank. After we ice skate, I want to go to the movies. After the movies, I want to go to Ciceros Pizzas (a pizza place.) This is how I want my eleventh birthday to be.
Congratulations Malini!! You're finally double digits. I can't really answer your question so I'l tell you what I want my eleventh birthday to be like. All I want to do is to invite 3 friends over to my house and I'll think of something to do. It'll probably be more like a play date though.
For my tenth birthday, I want to just invite a few of my best friends over, and then we can just hang out. I would want some cake, and maybe they could stay for a sleepover and we could stay up late watching a cool movie. Maybe I could re-watch Dhoom 2(an Indian movie) with my friends. Then they can see how good that movie is.
You sure had a fun. You must had a great tine turning 10, a double digit number! My tenth birthday would have a chocolate ice-cream cake. I might get a Easter egg hunt(even if it isn't easter) I would invite my best friends Meryem, Amulya and some other friends. I love birthday parties because they are fun. I would have my party at the Murdock park. This is what and how my tenth birthday will be like. You sure are lucky to have a great birthday party
Wow! You sure had a great day at school on your birthday. Turning double digits is a lot of fun! Like Shivani, my tenth birthday already past, but my eleventh birthday did not. In fact it is next week! I am very excited. I want to have my eleventh birthday at Color Me Mine because you can make mostly anything you want. It is an arts and craft place, and I love arts and crafts. The only bad thing this year is that all fifth graders including me have to take the second math placement test a day before my birthday! Having a test a day before your birthday is not fun at all. I hope I enjoy my day at school on my birthday as you did! Great post Malini!
