TALENT SHOW
For the first time in history, the Rockhopper Village will conduct a Talent Show!!! This is an opportunity for students to display all of their amazing and unique talents to the rest of the village. Remember, sign-ups will be when we get back from Sacramento. If you sign-up, you must be prepared to get up on stage, project your voice, and present a talent that an audience can see. For example, showing the audience how well you have trained your pet ant would not be something that the audience can see. ;0) You may get together with a group or perform individually, but it cannot be longer than 3 minutes. Your performance MUST be rehearsed though! Also, if there are many of you doing the exact same talent, we will try put you all on stage at the same time (ex: rubix cube). So....what are you thinking of doing for the Talent Show? Do you like the idea of doing a Talent Show?

I think the idea of the talent show is great. All of us get to know each other's talents and what they do. I'm probably going to do a dance routine with my friend, we've done so many dances together we thought it would be great.I'm soooooooooooooo excited!
I'm so excited about the talent show! Dilip, Josh, and I are making a band and we are playing the song "We Will Rock You". We practice every Sunday at my house so we will be ready for the talent show! In the band, I am playing the drums, Dilip is playing the electric guitar, and Josh is singing. We haven't thought of a band name yet though. I love the idea of the talent show!!! It gets a chance for everyone to express there talents!
I have two ideas. In the talent show, I would like to show my talent of solving a Rubik's cube. I also want to do a small play with my friends. I think a small play would be more fun. I love the idea of doing the talent show we couls see a lot of Rockhopper talents.
I am thinking to play my cello for the talent show. I can play the three-minute concerto I just went for a competition. I think the idea of the talent show is good so then all of the rockhoppers can show off their best talent! :)
I think that the talent show is a really good idea because it gives the students a chance to show their true potential. It is a time to show off your skills in your specialty. I'm probably am going to play an instrument or something. I bet the talent show will turn out to be awesome!
I think a talent show is great. In this show you can show what you can do and how good you are at it. It doesn't really matter how good you are though. As long as you can do it properly. I want to sing a Chinese song that me and my friend learned at Chinese school. We'll sing it together!
I was hoping to find something or the other to do, but I couldn't. Oh well!!! I am really looking forward to watching the talent show!
I think the talent show is a good idea, but I'm not going to sign up for it. I don't really like the idea of showing off, but many others do. That's why I still think that it's a good idea. As I can see from the current comments, many people have talents they will soon show off!:)
I don't really have a talent that I know of yet, and if I do, it isn't that I could show one stage. I may not have a talent that I can show on stage, but I'll be glad to watch others instead. I had some bad experiences with the talent show of my old school a few years ago that I don't want to get into and I don't want it happening again. I want to do something with my friends, but everybody either doesn't want to or is with another person. *sigh* Oh, well.
