Project Cornerstone Survey

Project Cornerstone Survey
By Naren
Every month a topic about self-esteem, bullying, and other stuff an average kid should know is involved. Every school does it. 60% of kids get bullied or are bullies. Let’s try to help. If you are a victim then pay a close attention in Project Cornerstone.
Our teacher in Project Cornerstone is Anita’s mom. She and other members read us stories. I like Simon’s Hook. What Project Cornerstone book do you like the most? Anyways, there is the "looking at" problem. Parents do not look at the sheet that we get. Do your parents look at the sheet? Do you like Project Cornerstone? Be honest, loyal, truthful, and all those other things!!!! Anyways, Project Cornerstone is good for you and I agree to keep on doing Project Cornerstone.

My favorite Project Cornerstone book is Simon's Hook because it teaches you lots of ways what to do when you are bullied. My mom always looks at the sheet because she is the one who hands it out. I like Project Cornerstone because it teaches you many ways about how to stop getting bullied, how to be a up-stander and not a by-stander, and things that can help you in your life.

My favorite book from Project Cornerstone is "The Recess Queen." The book sends a message saying that you shouldn't be the boss of everyone. My parents sometimes looks at the sheet we get from Anita's mom. They don't look at it every single time, but I tell them what happened if they don't look at it. I think Project Cornerstone is fun. The stories are very meaningful and the things that the things we learn is very useful once we go to middle school where there is a lot of bullying.

My favorite book is Simon’s Hook since the cartoons are funny. I always give the sheet to my parents but I don't know if they read it or not. I do not like Project Cornerstone but I know that it will help me out when I go to Middle School.

My favorite project cornerstone book is "Blue". The truth is, my parents only occasionally look at the form. Project cornerstone is great for a lot of kids so it should be continued.

My favorite Project Cornerstone book is Just Kidding because it taught you may think you are kidding when you say something, but you are actually hurting someone else. My mom looks at the sheet and asks me about the lesson and what it was about. I enjoy Project Cornerstone because I like to listen to the books and do fun activities.

My favorite book that was read to me in Project Cornerstone was Salt in My Shoes. I liked it because it was about Micheal Jordan as a kid. Project Cornerstone is helpful because it tells me how to deal with bullies and how to help victims. My parents do read the sheet.

I also like Simon's Hook. I like the way the fish tell their friends not to bite the hook and to argue and tease back. I like project cornerstone because it tells you how you can not be a victim of the bully and how to prevent getting teased in good ways.

Hi Naren, my favorite book is called Simon's Hook it teaches you to not always get teased and the advice his grandmother gives is pretty helpful. My parents skim through the sheet. I like project Cornerstone because it teaches you a lesson when you are a bully and when you are the one getting teased. It also teaches you handy tools. So, when you need help you can look in your "tool belt" and pick from a lot of tools.

I like Simon's Hook too because it teaches you how not to get angry so easily, and you can learn to make other people a better person. I think it is important to learn how to protect your self- esteem. My parents did look at the sheet. I think Project Cornerstone is a great way to help children who get teased or does tease go back and see what had gone wrong. Thanks to Anita's mom!!!!!!

I think Project Cornerstone is a great program to have. They teach how to handle tough situations in a fun and interesting way like reading books which explans the topic and doing activities. My favorite book is Salt in his Shoes. It tells about trying your best.

In my opinion, I like Project Cornerstone. I like it because it teaches me how to be nice, make more friends, and to ignore all the bullying. But my favorite part about Project Cornerstone was when the teachers volunteer. When the volunteers want to be a teacher for 50 minutes, they are working hard to get our attention and make us learn the ways of having fun with a friend or even make friends with a bully. My answer to this question, is yes.

I also like the book Simon Hook, too!! I like when the fish distract/change subject when they see the hooks. It is a pretty interesting book. The moral is not to bite the hook. My parents usually read the paper Anita's mom gives us. I strongly think that Project Cornerstone is an exciting activity and should keep on continuing.

The Project Conerstone book I like the most is "My Secret Bully". Yes, my parents do read the sheet that Anita's mom gives us. To tell you the truth, Project Conerstone is pretty fun for me. We get to do a lot of things like the free fish scene in the multi-use room. Last year, we also go to play a chair game, and it was really fun. That's why I like Project Cornerstone.
