Toyota's Big Problem

Toyota is second in the U.S. in automobile sales, behind General Motors. But recently, Toyota's cars are having many accidents. When Toyota was notified, it blamed the accelerator, or the gas pedal because it sticks, which may cause the car to speed up unexpectedly. In January, the car company announced that it was stopping the sale of eight models of cars. It as also recollected cars that already had been sold. That news influenced more than 5.3 million cars in the United Stated, Europe and China. “Toyota has always prided it self on building high-quality, durable cars that customers can depend on,” said Jim Lentz, the head of Toyota in the U.S., “and I know we’ve let you down.” Do you think that Toyota has made a mistake that will affect their business? Yes, because Toyota shounldn't have done that on perpose. It must have been an accident. Toyota always were proud of their products.
I think Toyota really has made a mistake and their business may not be that popular because of the fact that they were recollecting already sold cars. If I were head of the Toyota company, I would make safer cars that wouldn't cause the car to speed up unexpectedly. Once people's cars are being taken away, they might spread rumors about Toyota. This decision by Toyota would anger a lot of people. I think Toyota has made a huge mistake and it will totally affect its business.
I think that Toyota's big problem will definitely affect their business. People might start thinking that Toyota is bad. They could think that if they buy a car from Toyota, their car could speed up when they were driving and crash into something and they would die. I think it might take a while for people to start trusting Toyota's cars again. Other car companies are probably happy about Toyota's mistake. Car sales for other car companies will rise when people stop buying cars from Toyota and buy cars from other brands.
Yes, I think so. I think so because I have heard many stories of people who got in car accidents and with all those accidents people will stop buying the cars Toyota makes. Toyota has let many people down. I,myself, thought Toyota was a good company and wanted a car from there when I grew up. Now, I like Honda because of all the accidents that happened and because of the lack of effort Toyota puts in to making cars.
Toyota had made a very critical mistake. It has affected the Toyota's business. Poeple now think that Toyota cars can't be trusted. Many people have been hurt or even killed because the car suddnely speed up. So now people all think that Toyota can't be trusted. Soon, Toyota is going to close down because very few people are buying the cars and they will run our of business. Yes, because after all these years of Toyota being reliable it all of a sudden it stops its car produce and people don't buy the cars anymore. If they don't fix this problem then they could go out of bussiness.
I think Toyota made a mistake and it affected their business because they recollected cars which were already sold by people. Those people could not drive their cars and I think that they were really angry at Toyota. Also, Toyota should make the cars safer beause the cars could hurt people if they are not fixed. If the cars were not recollected to be fixed, no one would want to buy cars from Toyota.
Yes, I do think it will affect sales. Toyota will become known for having unsafe cars and people won't want to bye their cars. People might think that Toyota is doing it purposely. My Dad's friend (works with the engineering of cars) got an e-mail. It said he/she would pay him a munch of money to say that the acceleration problem can happen to any car. That shows that Toyota was nervous about the situation. I think they sensed the big problem coming.
Toyota has made a giant mistake that will be repaired.I think Toyota will have little change in there business because they have a really good reputation. I think they are making the right choice by taking the problematic models back. I think they will try and improve.
I think it will affect their business because until they fix all the problems they won't be able to sell ANYTHING. Now that they have let them selves down they most likely can't do anything about it. People want the best cars so now that everyone has known what happend to the Toyota cars there'nt any solution to really make people like it.

I think Toyota's mistake is a really big problem. If many people have seen the mistake Toyota had made, they wouldn't want to buy that type of brand anymore. The mistake they made is really big because it is the reason why the amount of people having car accidents are increasing. I think that they should think about it before they try to improve their brand.
